 COVID 19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Here at Acro Enso, we have thought carefully on how to best protect and serve our community during this pandemic. The following policies will be set into place until we receive further direction from the governor. Please take the time to carefully read the following policies that will be implemented until further notice. (Please refer to our teams page for acrobatic gymnastics team policies and procedures.)

Facility Open Areas
Areas that remain open but with capacity limits include:
  • Lounge Area - 5 people
  • Personal Gym - 5 people
  • Marley Floor - 15 people
  • Matted Floor - 10 people
  • Apparatus - 1 person/family per apparatus
  • Total Facility capacity - 35 people

Facility Continued Closures
During the first phases of opening, the facility will have temporary closures to the following:
  • Water Station

Aerial Apparatus Policy
All clean aerial apparatus will be marked with a ribbon. A ribbon may only be removed by a staff member before use of an aerial apparatus. Members are not to use any aerial apparatus that does not have a ribbon until proper sanitation takes place. Please inform staff when you are finished training so that we may promptly sanitize aerial equipment.

Acro Training Policy
Acro training outside the team program will be permitted in this facility for committed partnerships/groups only. Please refrain from training with/spotting other groups and partners at this time. Train smart by using proper progression tools to prevent unnecessary falls and injury. Be sure to sanitize before and after training with your partner/group.

Reservations
In an effort to slow the spread of COVID 19 and to maintain contact tracing, facility hours will be temporarily restricted and access to the facility will be by reservation only. A membership is required to reserve a studio session. Two 90 minute studio sessions will be available to members Monday through Thursday between the hours  4pm and 8pm and Fridays 12-2pm. All apparatus use will be on a first come first serve basis.

General Guidelines
Acro Enso will be require all members to abide by current CDC and state guidelines to practice social distancing and proper hygiene. Members will be required to wash hands, use hand sanitizer and sanitize feet before accessing the floor. Face masks are required at all times in the facility except for children under the age of 3. Always supervise younger children in the facility. Children are not to run freely or use any apparatus without permission. Any equipment used during sessions must be properly cleaned after use. Members should be quick to transition before and after each session and avoid lingering in common areas such as the lounge area and bathrooms. Contact surfaces will be sanitized prior to and after each session. Additionally, we will be conducting hourly sanitation rounds for bathrooms, surfaces, cubbies, doors, etc.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we implement these policies. We are depending on our community to help enforce these policies so that we may ensure compliancy and continue to offer this unique space. Please contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have moving forward.
