Why Enso?

In its simplest form, Enso simply means circle. Historically, Enso is the Zen meditation and spiritual practice of self realization. The Enso symbolizes strength, elegance, enlightenment, and simplicity. It is the universe, and it is nothing. It represents perfection through the beauty of imperfection. When the Enso is open, it allows for movement, development, and the perfection of all things. In practice, the Enso is drawn in a single fluid stroke. Just as in life, once the Enso is drawn, it does not change; and in its form, it evidences the character of its creator and the context of its creation.

We are a family owned movement arts studio.  It is our passion to offer a welcoming space for youth and adults to learn Acrobatics, Cyr Wheel, Dance, Yoga, Aerials, Clowning and General Fitness. Our core disciplines are Acrobatics, Aerial Art, and Cyr Wheel.
