This beginner-accessible 8-week aerial hoop series will focus on building foundations and vocabulary in aerial hoop. While no aerial experience is necessary, this series will offer modifications to challenge students with prior experience on other apparatuses such as silks or trapeze.

ACROLOVE FUNDAMENTAL ACRO INTENSIVE

Progressive Immersion ONE
​February 10th-12th
Join lead Acrolove teachers for a deep 18 hour training in the first of this progressive series. Students will have the opportunity to progress towards AcroLove teacher training. Skills covered include:
​
  • Prerequisites for Acrolove teacher training
  • Skill Building for adult rec gymnastics & movement coaches
  • Acro and Tumbling games
  • Handstand training
  • Standing acrobatics
  • Creative L-base acrobatics
  • Pre-has and Rehab for circus athletes
​Whether you are interested in coaching recreational acrobatics or diving deeper into your own practice, this training will include a wide range of skills to train and take home to level up your performance and elevate your community.

Reno, Nevada  has many accessible flights out of the international airport and great deals on housing including hotels located close to the facility. Acro Enso is located close to downtown with many options for food, entertainment and housing.
