- Skill Building for adult rec gymnastics & movement coaches
- Acro and Tumbling games
- Handstand training
- Standing acrobatics
- Creative L-base acrobatics
- Pre-has and Rehab for circus athletes
Whether you are interested in coaching recreational acrobatics or diving deeper into your own practice, this training will include a wide range of skills to train and take home to level up your performance and elevate your community.
